About DinnerTime

DinnerTime Enterprises Ltd is an international company founded 2011 by three Swedish women. Juggling hectic lives and wanting to preserve valuable family time; enjoying a wholesome meal together in the confidence that our families were enjoying a balanced diet, we decided to bring this already popular concept from Sweden to the Middle East. In Dubai, we now operate through our local company DinnerTime UAE LLC, founded 2013 by Anette Lind and Karin Sundström.
The Team
Anette Lind, Owner and General Manager
From Stockholm, Sweden. Has lived in Dubai since 2009. Married with two kids. Professional background with much experience in Finance and Marketing. Anette always had a big interest in food and is now really into healthy food. With an active triathlete husband and one child allergic to gluten and milk protein etc,she say’s it is more important than ever to think about what the whole family eats. She is a positive person with high energy, loving her job and the business climate here in Dubai – the open mindness and positive feed back is amazing!

Karin Sundström, Owner and IT & Customer Services Manager
Lived in Dubai between 2008 and 2012, but is now back in Gothenburg, Sweden. Has three kids – all fussy eaters – who are quite happy to try out new DinnerTime recipes, but as a jury, they are hard to please. Master of Science who enjoys food more than Physics and answers customer e-mails with a smile.

Annika Papriwal, CFO
Annika was born in Sweden but raised and lived most her life abroad before coming and settling down in Dubai in 2007. Annika started with Dinnertime as a consultant and now manages all the invoicing and accounting for Dinnertime. Annika has previous consulting experience within the Big Four and has worked with various companies. Her experience in finances and operational management provides a solid asset to our team. She is passionate about healthy eating for her two young boys and loves entertaining for family and friends. Recently started playing golf and loves her yoga!

Nicky Vidaurre, Menu Creator
Nicky grew up and studied business in South Africa. Since then she’s had the privilege of living and working in four continents. She is married, has 3 children and has lived in Dubai since 2006. Nicky is a great believer that eating around the table everyday as a family has enormous benefits for each member of the family. As a menu creator for DinnerTime, she hopes to help you nourish your family with a wide variety of delicious, balanced, internationally inspired and family-friendly meals. Most importantly, she hopes that DinnerTime will facilitate your preparation of dinner and free up more time for you to connect and relax with your loved ones at the dinner table.

Kirsten Decker, Menu Creator
Kirsten has called Dubai home for 7 years after several years of international teaching in Africa and Asia. She is the mother of three young children that keep her busy and active. Kirsten enjoys cooking healthy meals inspired by her love of other cultures and food.  She likes to make dishes for her family that are quick, nutritious, delicious and make everyone happy.  In her spare time she practices yoga, writes and plans fun family travels.

Mila is a Certified Health and Nutrition Coach who received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. She is passionate about healthy lifestyle and believes that good food and good attitude cures all. Mila loves cooking for her family and friends. She was born and raised in Ukraine, so she enjoys making the classic favorites but also exploring new cuisines and experimenting with new flavors and textures. Fresh, fun and full of flavour – that’s is Mila’s motto in the kitchen!

Armed with a degree in business, Prachi joined the corporate world which she quit seven years back to pursue her twin passions of food and design. She believes that children who are more involved in preparing food are more likely to try out new flavours, respect their food and respect where the food they eat comes from. She now divides her time between playing food consultant, writing for food publications, developing recipes, conducting food workshops and blogging at orangekitchens. She is also the Food Revolution Ambassador for Dubai for Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution community.

Originally from Ireland, Elaine lived, studied and worked in Australia for 10 years, where she met her now husband, who she moved to Dubai with in 2013. She works as a Group Exercise Instructor teaching LES MILLS BODYBALANCE and RPM, teaches Pilates and Yoga, and is a ‘Precision Nutrition’ certified Personal Trainer. Outside of work she trains for triathlon with her husband and loves playing around in the kitchen. Her food philosophy is to ‘try and get as many nutrients into your body each day as possible through real, whole, unprocessed food, while making every meal taste delicious’.
